JD Geerings were appointed to supply, install and test/commission mechanical services to 532no dwellings across multiple blocks, which included a mixture of apartments and houses of various tenure types.
The services installation included plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation throughout.
Dwellings were served by a centralised energy centre/plantroom, which incorporated boilers and a CHP.
As part of the works, JDG Geerings completed a number of specialist elements of work such as water treatment, fire protection (dry risers & sprinklers), air-conditioning, commercial ventilation and BMS/controls.
