The services installation included plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation throughout.
Dwellings were served by a centralised energy centre/plantroom and block sub-stations.
As part of the works, JD Geerings completed a number of specialist elements of work such as the commercial ventilation, air-conditioning, BMS, flues and water treatment.
